Adding a NetDocuments Connector

The NetDocuments connector is used to route documents between the server and the NetDocuments document management system. You can add a NetDocuments connector by using the Server Administrator > Connectors node. The Create New NetDocuments DMS Connector wizard will guide you step-by-step throughout the process.

In addition, you must authorize server access to a NetDocuments account by specifying your login credentials and the appropriate vault the server will have access to. A vault is a geographic location you are configured to use.

To add a Net Documents connector

  1. In the Server Administrator, .right-click Connectors. The Connectors shortcut menu appears.
  1. Select New AccuRoute Server connector > NetDocuments. The Create New NetDocuments DMS Connector wizard appears.

Note: If you want the connector to run on a remote server, click Remote Server and enter the server name.

  1. Click Next. The Display Name dialog box appears.
  2. Type a NetDocuments connector name in the Name box, if necessary.
  3. Click Next. The Congratulations > You have completed the configuration dialog box appears.

Authorizing Server access to a NetDocuments account
